INI to Registry (4K screen shot) is a utility for 32 bit Windows which reads the contents of any INI file and loads them into the Windows registry. By doing so, programs which previously used INI files can read the old data from the registry. Although it is no longer needed for Search and Replace upgrades, INI2Reg works well with any program that relies on INI files. The compiled program is available a freeware - INI2REG.ZIP (80K) The source code is

Patch Creator
is a patch builder utility that generates a
32 bit Windows .EXE that
will update your user's application and support files to the latest version. Both the patch creator and patch applicator are easy to use GUI programs. Patches can be compressed and passwords can be required. You can download a fully functional shareware version (except for

Decode/Encode DLL Many decoders are available today, however, they typically require you to know the file type in advance. With our Decode/Encode DLL, you don't have to know or care what format is used as the software will determine that. The DLL allow you to integrate auto-decoding of auto-decoding of UUENCODED, Base64(MIME), Binhex, XXENCODED, user table encoded, 7bit (unencoded text files) and quoted-printable files AND encoding (UUENCODED, BinHex, Base64/MIME, XXENCODED, quoted-printable) into your Windows 3.1x, 95/98/NT application. 16 and 32 bit DLLs are included and test programs are provided for C/C++ (MFC) and Visual Basic. Other features include: Attachment boundary can be passed to the encoding routine; Extra handling for non-standard rich text attachments; Handling for ISO characters in the attachment file names; Decode/encode to/from memory buffer; A routine to correctly decode UUENCODED encoded files that contain "BEGIN -- Cut Here -- cut here" before the encoded part; Utility functions for resolving name collisions; Functions for Splitting and Concatenating files. The test programs and shareware DLLs in the download version can be used by individuals free of charge but business use requires a one time fee for a registered copy for royalty-free distribution with your applications and one year free customer support.
