You can also see that the message has one or more attachments because CompuServe presents a "Download Now" button. Click on the "Download Now" button to retrieve the "raw message file" to your hard disk. You must do this because you will use the raw message later steps. In this example that "raw message file" will be named "Heararet.mim".

Note: Notice that the message includes some information about what to expect in the attachment. Encourage your pen pals to do this in their messages to you.
