Funduc Software Code Format (FS Code Format) is a free source code reformatter or beautifier for use by programmers. The program has options to determine handling of spacing, tabs, line breaks, indentation, maximum line length, and comments. Options are set at the time of processing and reformatting action is initiated by clicking on the OK button. Backup choices include writing numbered backup files in the original path or output to a different path. The program defaults to processing *.c;*.cpp;*.cxx;*.h;*.hpp;*.hxx;*.java;*.inc files. File Masks should be separated using the ; character. Subdirectories can be processed or not via a toolbar button. You can also drag and drop files into the FS Code Format main dialog, which then triggers the Options dialog so various options can be set before the file is processed.

Portions of FS Code Format are based on the GC GreatCode project, which is released under the Open Source Initiative (OSI).

FS Code Format is released by Funduc Software as freeware.

FS Code Format runs on Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7. The download below contains separate 32-bit and 64-bit exe's.

	setupFSCodeFormat32.exe (1.2 MB)	Self-installing version for 32-bit Windows. No files are added to your 'system' subdirectory. To uninstall use the Control Panel 'Add/Remove Programs' or 'Programs and Features' function for your operating system. The program installer defaults to C:\Program Files\FSCodeFormat for the installation path but you can change that if you like.
	fscodeformat.zip (0.8 MB)	Zip containing the 32-bit version, ReadMe.txt, and License.txt. Unzip to the path of your choice and launch the appropriate .exe for your operating system. To uninstall simply delete the program and the 'Funduc Software Code Format.cfg' file that is written to the top level of \Users\<your login name> (Vista & Windows 7) or \Documents and Settings\<your login name> (XP).
