You can use a corporate purchase order (PO) to order Funduc Software products directly from us if your company is in the United States or Canada. Please see below information.
Non-US or Canada Purchase Orders: We no longer accept purchase orders from non-US or Canada businesses. Sorry. Please see our Reseller list for a reseller in your area. Bank funds transfers are also possible - Please write sales@funduc.com or sales@searchandreplace.com for more information. Thanks.
Our policy details for US and Canada purchase orders are:
- We cannot not accept private or personal purchase orders. Please don't even bother to ask about this. Invoiced orders are for companies only!
- All purchase orders must include: PO Number, Date, Company Name, Shipping & Billing Addresses, and a specific contact person.
- Our terms are Net 30 -- full payment is expected within 30 days of invoicing.
- A signed, fully approved PO must be received by us via fax or mail before we can process the order. Internal 'acquisition forms' or other informal internal paperwork does not constitute an approved purchase order.
- Write support@funduc.com or call 248 232-6570 if you require our W9. Our US EIN (Federal Tax ID) is available on our invoices.
- Purchaser is responsible for any import or duty fees required by your country.
- There is a $10 processing charge for all purchase orders for less than $100 US total (less shipping).
- International Customers: Payment must be in US dollars and on a bank with a branch in the US!!
- Consult the below table for pricing & item codes. Order a quantity to match the number of users. For example, if you are ordering Search and Replace for 5 users, the price is 5 * $23 US = $115.00 (less shipping).
- E-Mail shipping is free. Specify an e-mail address for the end user whenever possible. E-mail delivery is fast and easy. We will ship by e-mail and document to you that the product was delivered.
- Physical Disk Shipping Fees Are:
USPS Priority Mail - $8.00 US for the 1st diskette, $1.00 US for each additional disk requested.
USPS International Ground - $10.00 US for the 1st diskette, $2.00 US for each additional disk requested. - Express Shipping - Write support@funduc.com or call 248 232-6570 for a quote.
